ShareTrim provides a free URL shortening service that allows users to:

• Convert long URLs into short, shareable links
• Track the number of clicks on their shortened links
• View 14-day click history charts for each link
• Manage their links by signing in with a Google account

The Service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of uptime or availability.

You agree not to use ShareTrim to shorten links to content that:

• Is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law
• Distributes malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Facilitates phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way
• Promotes terrorism, violence, or hate speech targeting any group
• Infringes on intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights
• Spams users or engages in unsolicited mass messaging
• Harvests personal data without consent
• Impersonates any person, company, or organization

We reserve the right to remove any link and terminate any account at our sole discretion if these rules are violated.

ShareTrim offers optional Google Sign-In to associate shortened links with your account. When you create an account:

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You can sign out and request deletion of your account at any time

No account is required to use the basic URL shortening service.

You retain full ownership of any URLs you submit to ShareTrim. By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share and distribute the content at that URL
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

ShareTrim is a neutral intermediary and does not pre-screen submitted URLs. However, we may review and remove links that are reported to us as violating these Terms.

ShareTrim aims to keep all shortened links active indefinitely. However, we do not guarantee permanent availability of any link. Links may be removed if they:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Are reported as malicious or harmful
• Point to content that has been subject to a valid legal takedown request

We are not liable for any damages resulting from link unavailability or removal.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of click statistics

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShareTrim and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero, as the Service is free).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
